Kinshen's Thoughts

Attended Dover Park Hospice walk in the afternoon with Char and Jo, it’s basically this walk around Raffles Place to help raise funds for terminally ill cancer patient. And it’s kind of nice seeing huge hoards of people dressing up in yellow and as sunflowers which is the theme of the walk.

After the walk, met up with the rest of the clique at somerset and headed for Jo’s birthday dinner at Pastamania. Had a really hearty and nice meal all thanks to the vouchers from bird, took neoprints after that, before training home. Happy Birthday Sook Shan, my mafia boss!

Went to the pre-trip briefing for the Hokkaido tour with mum today. Got a first glance at the people who are going for the trip, and it seems that they are mostly in their middle ages if not they are very young kids like around 8-10year. Hopefully, this tour group would be fun.

Anyway, the presenter gave us an idea about the trip and the weather there, and it seems that the average weather at that time would be around -5 to -10 degrees. I’m really so looking forward to soaking onsen in the midst of the snow, seeing penguins and polar bears, building snowmans, and basically spending a white christmas & escape from the damm heat of singapore!
